Washington guard Abdul Gaddy said the Huskies have put Tuesday’s defeat behind them and they’re ready for two games this weekend in the Hall of Fame Tip-Off Tournament.
“We just want to do well on this trip this weekend,” he said. “Quick turnaround. That’s the main thing. Don’t let one (defeat) turn into two.”
Gaddy touched on the potential loss of Scott Suggs, who is recovering from a concussion. Gaddy expects redshirt freshman Andrew Andrews and sophomore Hikeem Stewart to step up and fill the void created by Suggs’ absence.
