Coach Lorenzo Romar divided former players who’ll participate in the UW Alumni Game on June 23 at Alaska Airlines Arena.
He picked an easy method to fill out the nine-man teams. Players who starred at Washington before 2009 are paired against those who played from 2009-12.
Here’s a look at the rosters.

Those aren’t the official names of the teams, but just a way of being able to identify the two squads for now. There’s a chance Pondexter, who will participate in an NBA-sponsored event in Singapore may not be able to play for the Dawgs team. Not sure at this time if there will be a replacement.
Before the alumni game, former Huskies such as Christian Welp, Eldridge Recasner, Mark Sanford, Donald Watts, Bryant Boston, Dion Brown and Chester Dorsey will compete in a Legends Game.
At halftime of the alumni game, fans will be treated to a three-point shootout competition and a slam dunk contest. The dunk show will likely feature Ross, who won the NBA slam dunk title this year and Robinson, a three-time NBA slam dunk winner. Celebrity judges are Jamal Crawford and Shawn Kemp.
The three-point competition will likely include Recasner, Simmons and Sanford.
The alumni game will air on KJR-950 AM. Doors open at 1 p.m.
Tickets are $15 with children under 12 admitted free.
