Pac-12 Tournament ticket deal

For the next 12 hours, the Pac-12 is selling $12 tickets to the Pac-12 Men’s Basketball Tournament in Las Vegas and the Women’s Basketball Tournament in Seattle.

The offer expires at 10 p.m.

Tickets are available for all six sessions, but there’s a limited supply for the men’s tourney at the MGM Grand Casino. There’s two sessions March 12 when the tourney begins and the March 13 quarterfinals. There’s one session for the semifinals on March 14 and the March 15 championship game.

The women’s tourney runs March 9-12 at KeyArena.

THURSDAY MORNING LINKS:

— It’s getting harder and harder identifying Arizona’s MVP, who by extension will likely be the Pac-12 MVP. The No.-1-ranked Wildcats displayed their balance last night when they ran over New Mexico State during a 74-48 victory that improved their record to 10-0. Brandon Ashley had 15 points to lead four UA players who scored in double figures.

— Saturday’s game is the final day Oregon players Dominic Artis and Ben Carter will have to sit out due to a nine-game suspension. The No. 15-ranked Ducks (8-0) could also add transfer Jordan Bell, a 6-7 freshman forward who is also considering redshirting.

— Oregon State is the ninth tallest team in the Division I ranks and the Beavers are intent on pounding the ball inside.
