Video: C.J. Wilcox on UW’s final five non-conference games

Senior co-captain C.J. Wilcox said Washington wants to use the final five non-conference games to get ready for the Jan. 2 Pac-12 opener.

The Huskies (4-4) face Idaho State at 1 p.m. Saturday. On Tuesday they travel to Tulane before games against No. 9 Connecticut (Dec. 22), Mississippi Valley (7:30 p.m.) and Hartford (Dec. 29).

When asked what’s left to accomplish the next two weeks, Wilcox said: “Win the games we’re supposed to win. I know we have a big game with UConn coming up. If we get that done, I think it will take away one of the losses that we had earlier in the season.”
