Video: UW players after 64-60 win over Stanford

Here’s video of the postgame interview with Nigel Williams-Goss, C.J. Wilcox and Mike Anderson after Washington’s 64-60 win over Stanford.

And here’s a few quotes.

NIGEL WILLIAMS-GOSS:

(Final minute, what were you trying to do?) “Coach said that if they were in man we were going to run a high ball screen. I dragged it out, the big was slow hedging out and I tried to attack the basket and draw the contact.”

MIKE ANDERSON:

(You asserted yourself tonight, can you talk about this?) “Coaches have been telling me to be more aggressive and it helped the team today so it was good.”

C.J. WILCOX:

(Can you explain the difference in your home and away record?) “We just play better at home. Playing on the road is something we need to learn how to do. We still have two games on the road that we need to take care of.”

Q; You missed a couple  free-throws there heading down the stretch, little more focus in the end?

A; Yes, I knew I had to make the last two. I’m supposed to make all of those but especially those last few.
