For the second straight game, Washington used a second-half comeback to surge past UTEP in the final minute for a 68-65 victory to claim the DirecTV Wooden Legacy title.

MONDAY MORNING LINKS:

Josh Scott had 29 points and 13 rebounds for Colorado, which held off Lipscomb for an 84-75 victory. The Buffaloes (4-1) were up by 20 points in the first half, but had their lead trimmed to six with less than six minutes left.

Tyrone Wallace had 14 of his team-high 21 points and 10 in the first half and 10 rebounds in California’s 64-57 win over Fresno State. David Kravish added 14 points, six rebounds and three blocks for the Golden Bears (5-1).

Jalil Abdul-Bassit and Joseph Young each scored all 19 to lead Oregon to an 81-59 victory over Portland State. Ducks improved to 4-2.

— USC overpowered New Mexico 66-54 thanks to a big performance from its front line.

— Stanford fell flat in its first true road game and lost 87-72 at DePaul. Stefan Nastic and Chasson Randle each scored 16 points for the Cardinal (4-2).
