GAME REPORT – Stanford 68, No. 21 Washington 68 OT.
PLAYER OF THE GAME – Chasson Randle scored a game-high 24 points on 9-for-21 shooting. The three-point sharp-shooter had an off night on the perimeter (1 for 7), but he stepped up big when it mattered most with clutch baskets. He also had five assists and two steals in 45 minutes.
TURNING POINT – Stanford scored on its first three possessions in overtime while Washington committed a turnover and missed two shots on its first three possessions. Still, UW pulled within two before committing three turnovers on its next five possessions.
PLAY OF THE GAME – Stefan Nastic set a screen at the top of the key that freed Randle and he beat Robert Upshaw to the rim for a layup with two seconds left that tied the game at 58-58 and forced overtime.
