PLAYER OF THE GAME – Andrew Andrews delivered on both ends in the final minutes. He forced a turnover at one end and he drained the game-winning jumper seconds later. He said it was the biggest shot of his life.
TURNING POINT – Washington trailed 33-27 with 16:39 left when Washington scored six straight points and tied the score at 33-33. The lead changed five times and the score was tied six times the rest of the way.
