Final: Mariners 4, Brewers 2

The Mariners won their fourth spring training game behind starter Jarrod Washburn and a shortstop with one of the cooler names in baseball. The man is Gookie Dawkins, and he hit a two-run blast in the seventh inning that gave the Mariners the lead for good.
The offense only scratched out eight hits total, mainly because Ben Sheets shut them down for five innings (two hits, no runs). The pitching staff also allowed only eight hits.
The Mariners are off tomorrow, but play two games Thursday.
