Call-in show

Hope you all had a fun weekend watching the local football teams get clobbered. Seems the Mariners might not actually be the worst sports team in Seattle. It’s pretty close. Anyhow, with the GM meetings getting underway today, we have Larry Stone down in California to watch Jack Zduriencik in action for the first time. I’ll be in Las Vegas early next month to cover the winter meetings, at which point we could actually see some player moves.
While I was doing my radio segments on KJR this season, many of you wrote in asking whether I could do a caller portion where listeners could phone in with questions. It made me wonder whether it would be possible to do that on this blog. So, this being a slow period, let’s try it out today.
Any of you with questions you’d like to ask on baseball-related topics can phone in today at 206-464-8286 and ask them. Try to keep from getting too long-winded. Aim for 20 seconds or less. I’ll take the best questions and do a mini-broadcast on this blog later on. Just listen to the recorded message, wait for the beep and ask away. Oh yeah, be sure to leave your name and where you’re calling from at the beginning of the question.
