A look at Class AAA hitters

Some of you asked on today’s show just who in Class AAA is doing what thus far this season. It’s still early, but here’s a look at who is doing what. Mike Carp (seen in spring training photo), as I mentioned on the show, is still swinging a hot lefty bat and is one option for later in the season if the M’s need an offensive injection. Carp has six doubles, three homers and nine RBI in 38 at-bats. I’ve listed the batting averages, slugging and on-base percentages in that order.
TACOMA RAINIERS
Burke, Chris .237/.368/.356
Burke, Jamie .333/.500/.286
Carp, Mike .368/.763/.490
Clement, Jeff .171/.286/.310
Crabbe, Callix .290/.484/.313
Guzman, Freddy .222/.222/.300
LaHair, Bryan .205/.333/.238
Morse, Mike .282/.462/.326
Moss, Steve .000/.000/.250
Nunez, Israel .333/.333/.333
Redman, Prentice .333/.467/.412
