Bottom 9, 1-1

Somehow, despite being outhit 11-1, the M’s are in position to win this thing, after David Aardsma struck out Ian Kinsler on a 3-2 count with the bases loaded in the top of the ninth. Seattle will bring up the top of the order in an attempt to make it a winning homestand. The M’s will face Rangers reliever Darren O’Day, and given the way Vicente Padilla was throwing, that ought to be a good thing.
