Crunch time for Rockies

There are other series going on at the moment, but the one that interests me most involves the Phillies and the Rockies. I believed that when the Phillies traded for Cliff Lee, they established themselves as the team to beat in the NL.
They were already defending champs, but Lee made them that much better. We saw how much better yesterday as Leee manhandled the Colorado Rockies 5-1. Now, the Phillies have Cole Hamels going later this morning in Game 2.
For the Rockies, if they lose, they are done.
Raul Ibanez went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI yesterday.
The Yankees beat the Twins, which was hardly a surprise. The Dodgers took down Chris Carpenter, which was somewhat of a surprise.
The Angels play Boston today in Game 1 of that series. If I’m the Angels, given my 1-9 record vs. Boston the last three post-season series, you almost have to win this game.
Many of you have asked about Cy Young voting. I cast my ballot two days ago. Want to see who I picked in the three spots? Come and check it out on our Facebook account.
