View replay of Geoff Baker Live! at FX McRory’s

Thanks for all of your questions, tonight. Lots of angst over the Mariners offense. One viewer asked me whether Jack Cust was “done”. Here’s my answer to that one.
I also had a chance to talk about a conversation I had pre-game with Blue Jays second baseman Aaron Hill, who’d been chatting in BP with Jack Wilson about his transition to second. Hear about that right here.
Another viewer asked me about free agents and where their place is during this M’s rebuilding plan. And another viewer asked why the M’s seem so intent on making players — like Jack Wilson — switch positions.
Finally, a viewer suggested I was “down” on Ichiro for suggesting he wouldn’t make a good No. 3 hitter right now. And for suggesting that his answers to the media about his failed bunt single attempt the other night were “flippant.” Here’s my response to that, reiterating my position.
