The lineups: Mariners vs. Tampa Bay Rays, July 29, 2011

It’s going to be a busy day here at Safeco Field. In addition to the looming trade deadline, the Mariners are will have several tributes before tonight’s 7:10 p.m. start against the Tampa Bay Rays.
At 6:35 p.m. the Mariners will honor Rick “The Peanut man” Kaminski with a moment of silence prior to the national anthem. After the moment of silence vendors will toss bags of peanuts into the stands and his name will be in the dirt behind second base.
There will also be a special video tribute to Kaminski at the end of the first inning.
After the ceremony, the Mariners will honor Seattle’s professional hoops history by recognizing the Sonics. George Karl and Lenny Wilkens are scheduled to throw out the first pitch and will be joined by Gary Payton, Shawn Kemp and others.
There will be more on that later in the pregame notes. For now, here is the Mariners’ lineup.
