Let’s check out the street market for hockey in Phoenix

Lots of talk that the Phoenix Coyotes could wind up in Seattle, though, the latest news is that there might be a buyer willing to keep the club in the desert.
Anyhow, I thought I’d give you a live look at what it’s like outside the Jobing.com arena in Phoenix suburb Glendale, Ariz. prior to a game.


Best offer we got was to buy a pair of $75 seats a dozen rows off the ice for $55 each. That’s a $40 saving off face value for a pair of good seats on a Saturday night against a pretty good draw in the Dallas Stars.
Remember, folks felt hockey would fly in this city as well. So, a warning to Seattle to get its ducks in order.
