Today’s lineups — Noesi to get another start

First off, a brief introduction that this is now Bob Condotta filling in for Geoff Baker for a week or so as Geoff prepares for (and then leaves for) the trip to Japan.
So I’ll be giving you the day-to-day news here for a little while, as well as a few other things along the way.
As for the Mariners today, they are preparing for the short trip to Maryvale to play the Brewers, where the big intrigue figures to be the third appearance this spring by Hector Nosei, who came to Seattle as part of the Michael Pineda trade.
He’ll get what is officially his second start of the spring, though including a B game is really his third. He has allowed just one run in five innings of those two starts, and another good outing today could throw him right into the mix for one of the final three starting spots. In his last game he gave up a run in three innings against Colorado in a B game on March 7.
A few vets won’t make the trip to today, including Ichiro and Chone Figgings, so the lineup has a little different look. Here it is:
Dustin Ackley, 2B
Casper Wells, RF
Mike Carp, LF
Justin Smoak, 1B
Jesus Montero, C
Carlos Peguero, DH
Kyle Seager, 3B
Michael Saunders, CF
Munenori Kawasaki, SS
Hector Nosei, P
Others who could pitch today are Shawn Kelley, Sean Henn, Charlie Furbush, Brandon League, Josh Kinney and Jeff Marques.
Others who could play are Luis Rodriguez, Alex Liddi, Vinnie Catricala, Gabriel Noriega (from the minor league camp), Trayvon Robinson, Mike Wilson, Alfredo Morales (also from the ML camp), Jesus Sucre and Guillermo Quiroz.
And should be noted that the starter the Mariners will face today is Zack Greinke.
