Today’s lineup, and Mariners win a B game

I hear the weather remains a little, well, inconsistent in Seattle. It’s not here, where it’s another 85-plus day as I type this (though that could change by the weekend, with rain in the forecast for Sunday).
The Mariners will play the Giants tonight at 7:05 p.m. in a game that will be televised live on ROOT Sports.
Here’s the lineup:
Kyle Seager, 2B
Casper Wells, CF
Mike Carp, 1B
Vinnie Catricala, 3B
Carlos Peguero, LF
Miguel Olivo, C
Mike Wilson, RF
Jesus Sucre, DH
Luis Rodriguez, SS
Erasmo Ramirez, P
Others scheduled to pitch are: Hong-Chih Kuo, Sean Henn, Aaron Heilman, George Sherrill, Shawn Camp and Chance Ruffin.
And the Mariners have a thin bench, as the only Major League players listed are Alex Liddi and Guillermo Quiroz.
Part of that is because a number of guys saw action this morning in a B game against the White Sox in Glendale.
The Mariners won it, 4-3, with Munenori Kawasaki hitting a home run and going 2-5 with two RBI and John Jaso going 2-4 with a HR.
Jeff Marquez started and allowed two hits in three scoreless innings, striking out three. Brandon League gave up two hits and a run in two innings, striking out three, while Charlie Furbush allowed two runs on five hits in two innings striking out five, and Lucas Luegte pitched a scoreless inning, getting all three outs on ground balls.
Barry Zito will start tonight for the Giants.
