Mariners get the big hit they’ve lacked this homestand, cruise to 6-3 win over Orioles

Casper Wells finally delivered that huge hit his team had been lacking the first seven games of this homestand. The two-out, bases-clearing double in the seventh by Wells helped the Mariners turn a two-run deficit into a one-run lead.
Then, the next inning, Miguel Olivo and Dustin Ackley hit back-to-back solo homers for the insurance needed in a 6-3 win.

Great pitching by the Mariners tonight, allowing just three hits total.
Five solid innings from Hisashi Iwakuma, followed by four hitless innings of bullpen relief by Steve Delabar, Shawn Kelley and Tom Wilhelmsen.
Delabar picks up the win and Wilhelmsen the save.
