Two, count ‘em two, sets of Mariners lineups
It’s a split-squad day for the Mariners, but all eyes will be on Surprise, where not only do the 10-2 Mariners face the 11-0 Royals (they also have a tie thrown in there), but Felix Hernandez makes his Cactus League debut. Manager Eric Wedge won’t be there to see it, however. He’ll be with the Mariner squad that travels to Phoenix Municipal to face the A’s, with Brandon Maurer on the mound.
Here is their lineup vs. the Royals, with Hisashi Iwakuma scheduled to follow Hernandez on the mound:
