Eco chic: Illustrated organic skirt a fall keeper

By Bree Coven Brown / Special to Sunday Market

dandelion_skirtWhat’s better than a pencil skirt? An eco-friendly pencil skirt made by a Seattle designer.

The Revival Ink Dandelion Pencil Skirt is a great transition piece for fall. It’s made of soft organic cotton that’s thick enough to keep you warm and keep its shape. The knee-length skirt also features a tummy-flattening 4-inch waistband.

Turquoise dandelions, from an original illustration by Revival Ink owner Tara Smith, are hand-printed across the hem using non-toxic, water-based inks.

$52 at Monster Art and Clothing (Ballard) and Frock Shop (Phinney Ridge)
