Beer and fruit join forces in Sweet Caroline’s artisanal jams.
The Mountlake Terrace company cooks up small batches of flavors such as Blackberry Porter, made with Diamond Knot’s Possession Porter; Cherry Vanilla Stout, made with Pike Brewery’s Extra Stout; Apricot Jasmine I.P.A., made with Elysian’s Jasmine I.P.A.; and Pear-e-Weizen, made with Scuttlebutt Hefeweizen.
The alcohol burns off in the cooking process, but the delightful flavor combinations remain.
