MIX11: Microsoft kicks off Vegas conference with Internet Explorer talk

LAS VEGAS — Microsoft kicks off MIX, its Web and Windows Phone development conference in Las Vegas Tuesday morning at the Mandalay Bay convention center.

At 9 a.m., Corporate Vice President Dean Hachamovitch is expected to talk about the latest developments with Internet Explorer 9, the new Web browser Microsoft released in March.
