Experian Hitwise’s figures for May show Bing down slightly month-over-month from April but in year-over-year percentage change, it shows a gain of 7 percent.
Bing had 13.17 percent of U.S. searches in May, down from 13.51 percent in April. But it’s up from 12.29 percent a year ago.
Google showed a 5 percent decline during that same year-over-year period, though it’s still dominant at 65 percent of U.S. searches.
