Microsoft Alumni Foundation honors Integral Fellows Awards winners

Microsoft Alumni Foundation announced the winners of its 2012 Integral Fellows Awards at its annual celebration dinner Monday night.

The Integral Fellows Award program honors former Microsoft employees who’ve made a meaningful difference in the lives of others through their philanthropy or nonprofit work.

The winners, who each receive $25,000 grants for their nonprofits, are:

  • Allen Wilcox, president of Village Reach, which works to improve access to healthcare for remote, underserved communities around the world.
  • Jabe Blumenthal, co-chair of board of directors, Climate Solutions, which works to spur solutions to global warming.
  • Mahnaz Javid, co-founder and board president, Mona Foundation, which supports development initiatives aimed at providing quality education for all children.
