Margo Day new VP for Microsoft’s U.S. Education business

Microsoft has named Margo Day as the company’s new Vice President of its U.S. Education business.

Day will lead strategy and sales to K-12 and higher education institutions across the country.

Day, who recently spent part of her one-year personal leave of absence to raise funds and awareness for the Kenya Child Protection and Education Project, was recently vice president for the West Region of the Small and Midmarket Solutions & Partners Group. She joined Microsoft in 2001, according to a Microsoft blog post.
