Budget-minded Nokia Lumia 620 to be launched in 2013

Nokia announced that it’s launching its most budget-minded Lumia Windows Phone in 2013.

That would be the Lumia 620, a 3.8-inch display phone with a dual-core 1Ghz processor, 5 megapixel rear camera, 8GB of internal storage (along with a microSD slot), NFC support and more.

It will go on sale in Asia in January 2013, followed by Europe and the Middle East, according to a Nokia press release, which did not say whether the phone will be available in the U.S. (So most likely not.)

Its estimated price is $249. (That does not include any carrier subsidies, which is the common U.S. practice.)
