Office 365 Home Premium reaches 1 million subscribers milestone

Microsoft announced today that there are now more than 1 million Office 365 Home Premium subscribers, reaching that mark in about 100 days.

In addition, the company says the new Office — which includes Office 365 Home Premium, University and ProPlus, as well as the traditional software versions of Office 2013 — has become the best-selling Office edition, with more than one sold every second. That would add up to about 20 million licenses or subscriptions sold, according to a Microsoft spokeswoman.
