Sacramento City Council to vote on support resolution, and filmmakers talk about Sonics and Kings

A couple of interesting links to pass along this afternoon regarding the Sacramento Kings. …

— First, the Sacramento Bee reported today that the Sacramento City Council will vote next week on a symbolic resolution supporting efforts to keep the Kings in town. The story also includes a bit more on what mayor Kevin Johnson said at his Tuesday press conference on his efforts to put together an ownership group and arena plan.

— Next, SlamOnline has some interesting back-and-forth from two filmmakers — one from Seattle and one from Sacramento — on the differing attitudes in the two cities regarding the potential relocation of the Kings.
