Wednesday links — Kings coverage from Seattle and Sacramento

With the Seattle/Sacramento battle over the Kings reaching a tipping point in the next week, I’ll try to post a daily morning recap of links and other stuff related to the ongoing saga. …

— Here’s our story for the Wednesday paper on the evolving membership of the Sacramento ownership group.

— Times columnist Danny Westneat says Sacramento  is playing  hardball in its efforts to keep the Kings.

— Here’s the Sacramento Bee’s story on the changing ownership roster.

— Bee columnist Marcos Breton says the departure of Ron Burkle from the Kings ownership group could help Sacramento due to his strained relationship with the Maloofs — a point also made in our story.

— The noted NBA blog RealGM.com has some thoughts on where this is all  headed.

Scott Howard-Cooper of NBA.com with some thoughts on how the NBA’s interests India could play a role in all of this (this is a few days old but seems relevant given that NBA commissioner David Stern has been in India this week).
