Jack Sikma enters his third season as an assistant coach with the Minnesota Timberwolves after assistant coaching stints with the Houston Rockets and Seattle SuperSonics.
In 14 NBA seasons, he averaged 15.6 points and 9.8 rebounds in 1,107 games with Seattle and the Milwaukee Bucks.
During his second season with the Sonics, he helped the club win the 1979 NBA title with a 4-1 series victory over the Washington Bullets. His No. 43 jersey was retired by the franchise on Nov. 21, 1992.
In addition to his coaching duties, he is also a spokesperson for Intrepid Sportswear, a Seattle-based company that is helping schools across the country buy high quality sports uniforms at affordable prices.
Sikma will be available to answer questions about his playing days in Seattle, his coaching career and more in a live chat at noon Wednesday.
