State launches new guide for Washington fishing vacations

Does a Speedo cast a pall on your beach vacation?

It’s summer.  It’s beach-vacation time.  And that brings men in Speedo-type swimsuits, those really tight and really skimpy swimsuits that some beach-goers love and others loathe.

 Invented by an Australian, and beloved initially by competitive swimmers, men worldwide now don Speedo-type suits, little stretchy bits of nylon that leave little to the imagination.
