Israel’s babies

Krauthammer off the mark

Charles Krauthammer is hammering President Obama once again [“Blaming Israel is no solution to Palestinians’ problems,” Opinion, syndicated column, June 6], since the president feels, and rightly so, that Israel has to move back to its 1949 established armistice line.

Now Krauthammer comes up with an absurd argument by stating Israel needs more land in order to have more room for future babies. I have not heard such nonsense in a long time. Does that mean that any country can expand its borders in order to have more room for future babies? Would that make for peaceful solutions? Something I am sure both Israel and Palestine are longing for.

Please, Mr. Krauthammer, think before you make such a ridiculous statement in your column. It gets a little tiring.
