Gov. Jay Inslee wants to break new ground on climate change
Inslee should start here
It’s good to see our new governor talking about global climate change, but he can act in our own state [“Gov. Inslee: WA must lead on climate change,” seattletimes.com, Feb. 20].
Do you know that Puget Sound Energy generates one-third of its electricity from coal? It comes from an aging strip mine in Montana that should be retired. PSE is its biggest user.
Mr. Inslee, please influence PSE to move further toward renewable energy for the sake of our global climate and our future!
