Genetically modified wheat in Oregon

Suspect: Monsanto

If the genetically modified (GM) wheat contamination was sabotage, then Bruce Ramsey has missed the obvious culprit. [“Blog: The genetically modified wheat in Oregon: Was it sabotage?” seattletimes.com/opinionNW, June 24.]

Who has sole access to Monsanto’s trade secret GM seeds? Only Monsanto. And only Monsanto has the motive to contaminate everything and leave the customers no choice but to buy GM wheat.

Vote “yes” on Initiative 522 to stop Monsanto.

Patricia Michl, Lake Tapps
