Funding Metro: Proposal is as progressive as possible

I appreciate Jonathan Martin’s fresh perspectives at The Seattle Times. But his column about tax proposals left out some important details about the Metro proposal [“Prepare for the groan of tax fatigue,” Opinion, Jan. 27]. First, the proposed vehicle license fee would include a rebate for low-income households, which helps make it less regressive….
