Another cable agreement for the Pac-12 . . .

The Pac-12 Tuesday announced an agreement with WaveBroadband, which serves some areas of Western Washington, Portland and Sacramento.

This comes just eight days before the Aug. 15 launch of the Pac-12 Networks. And the obligatory word: No deal yet with either DirecTV or Dish Network.

According to the Wave Broadband website, it serves many areas on the Olympic Peninsula, as well as Seattle-area locales such as Issaquah, Bellevue, Redmond, Woodinville and several areas moving north, like Burlington, Anacortes, Stanwood and Camano Island.
