Curveball: Colorado’s Dinwiddie enters the NBA draft

In something of a surprise — at least to outsiders — Colorado point guard Spencer Dinwiddie announced Thursday afternoon he’s off to the NBA draft — even though he has a considerable road left in his recovery from knee surgery after his injury at Washington in January.

It’s still going to be a formidable bunch, led by one of the best coaches around in Tad Boyle, but we’ll have to reassess a bit. Here’s the Denver Post story.
