Election cam: Ho Hum, night night

Producers of hot new TV shows for the next few seasons have nothing to fear from King County Elections’ election cams. Not yet anyway. To its credit, the King County Election department believes in government transparency,  at the moment, perhaps a little too much of it.

As of 6:50 this evening, Primary Election Night, the cameras showed facilities for sorting, opening and scanning ballots, which could become a whir of activity. “Become” is the key word. At the moment, it’s all tables and chairs and computers.

All was quiet early this evening at King County Election headquarters.
