Bellevue City Council incumbent Kevin Wallace increased his lead by 28 votes in the latest ballot count released Wednesday afternoon.
Wallace now leads challenger Steve Kasner by 200 votes: 13,530 to 13,330, or 50.28 percent to 49.54.
Kasner was 172 votes behind after the results released Tuesday afternoon.
Wallace, president of Wallace Properties, was first elected to the council in 2009 and is seeking a second term. Kasner, a substitute private-school teacher, is chair of the East Bellevue Community Council.
