A pause, for some laughter

Many, many thanks to Entertainment Weekly’s PopWatch blog, which today introduced me to this video just when I needed it (after writing up “Rabbit Hole,” which is lovely but very, very sad). It’s a two-minute mashup of dozens of movie characters laughing, and it’s irresistible. Have fun naming the movies (“The Thin Man”! “Amadeus”! “Mary Poppins”! “Groundhog Day”!), or just read the whole list here. Either way, it’s a kick.
