Happy birthday, Jon Hamm

As we wait, seemingly forever, for news that “Mad Men” will start production of its fifth season, it seems appropriate to take a moment to wish the great Jon Hamm a happy 40th birthday. Even if he is entirely responsible for me falling on a sidewalk in Toronto last fall and leaving a scar on my knee that’s still visible. (I had just come from interviewing Hamm, at the Toronto Film Festival, and was in such a fog due to his many charms that I didn’t look where I was going and tripped over a hole in the sidewalk. Yes, I am easily distracted. I once walked into a tree and bruised my face up pretty badly, but that’s a story for another day and Jon Hamm holds no blame for it.) Anyway, here’s Jon, both as himself:
