Eagerly awaiting fall movies? Take a poll

Well, the summer of 2011 is now officially a flop at the box office, despite a few bright spots big and small like “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2,” “Bridesmaids,” “The Help” and “Midnight in Paris.” But, as I try to untangle the Toronto International Film Festival press screening schedule (leaving Wednesday morning), and sort out assignments for September, I’d rather look ahead to the remainder of 2011, when we just might see some pretty good movies. In Toronto, I’m most looking forward to “Ides of March,” “Albert Nobbs,” “The Deep Blue Sea,” “Wuthering Heights,” “The Artist,” “A Dangerous Method,” “The Skin I Live In,” “Your Sister’s Sister,” and many others that I hope to squeeze in. But I’m also happily awaiting some fall/holiday movies that won’t be in Toronto: “J. Edgar,” “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo,” “My Week with Marilyn,” “The Muppets” and more. So let’s take a poll for the holiday weekend: What’s your most-anticipated movie this fall? If I haven’t included it here, put it in the comments . . .

What’s your most-anticipated fall/holiday movie?
