Do you stream movies from Netflix?

Over the weekend, I heard from a reader who’s having a very specific problem with streamed movies from Netflix: She says they cut off at the end, before the credits are quite done — or, in the case of older movies that don’t have end credits, before the last few words of dialogue or notes of music have played. I don’t use Netflix myself (too many movies to go to in theaters, and too many screeners to watch at home), but I can imagine that this would be incredibly irritating. Anyone else experienced this problem? The reader says she has complained to Netflix but hasn’t been taken seriously; she’s wondering if other Netflix users are equally frustrated. Let me know!
