Happy anniversary to ‘Bringing Up Baby’

The screwball classic starring Kathrine Hepburn,  Cary Grant, and a leopard improbably named Baby (well, its real name was Nissa, and it was an eight-year veteran of the movie business) turns 75 this year. It premiered on Valentine’s Day of 1938 — and was, astonishingly, a box-office flop. Now it’s considered one of the greats; watch the trailer and see why. (And yes, that’s Asta from “The Thin Man,” playing a dog named George.)
