Tina Fey and Jerry Seinfeld, getting coffee

I haven’t been following Jerry Seinfeld’s Web series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, but today I found myself drawn into 17 minutes of watching Seinfeld and Tina Fey drive around Manhattan in a vintage Volvo, getting coffee and eating cronuts and talking about . . . nothing, really. Kind of like “Seinfeld.” I can’t entirely explain why it was fun watching Jerry and Tina, in their jeans and blazers, shooting the breeze and drinking wheat-puff shakes (really?); then again, I can’t explain why I like slow-motion films of Alan Rickman having tea. If Jerry and Tina’s breezy coffee date sounds potentially appealing to you, here you go; I make no guarantee that there’s anything of nutritional value in it:

(Actually, this clip has made me really want to go out for coffee. Which is odd, because I don’t drink coffee. )
