Seattle’s Cinerama to reopen Nov. 20

We interrupt Scary Movie Week with a news bulletin: Seattle’s historic Cinerama, which closed for renovations in August, has announced its reopening date: Nov. 20, with “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1.” The exact nature of the renovations has not yet been disclosed, but we hope to find out soon. In the meantime, Cinerama.com is open for business, should you wish to buy a ticket for opening night.

The Cinerama announced a temporary closure last summer. At the time, owner Vulcan promised “some exciting changes.”
