State acts to get pot edibles closer to store shelves

Washington’s new pot stores are a step closer to having edibles on the shelves after the state Liquor Control Board Wednesday laid out the final regulatory step for processors to get their products approved.

There won’t be anything that needs to be refrigerated. No gummy bears or lollipops. But cookies and brownies are okay.
