Where’s the Weed?: The morning report for July 25

Good news this time! Seattle’s one-stop pot shop will be back in business tomorrow. Cannabis City’s owner James Laythrop estimates that he will run out of weed today (again), but Cannabis City will begin keeping regular hours, selling glassware, rolling papers, and other paraphernalia even if there’s no herb to be found.
