Race project | City survey a chance to weigh in on Seattle racial-equality issues

The Race & Social Justice Initiative, a project of the city of Seattle, is conducting a survey to measure how people feel about the community.

The survey lets people weigh in on a variety of topics, from rating one’s neighborhood to expressing opinions on whether Seattle is affordable and whether police officers treat blacks and whites equally.

The online survey runs from Nov. 11 to 27, and the results will be analyzed and compiled by next spring. The city will use the survey to help it prioritize racial-equality issues, and the findings will be shared at community forums.
